From a selection of older vines grown on limestone and clay soils, overlooking the village of Igé in the Mâcon, on southeast-facing slopes.
100% destemmed grapes, cold macerated for a week, then fermented in tank for 21 days. Aged 12 months in 20% new oak barrels.
Jammy cherry and raspberry, with hints of spice and cocoa beans. Well-rounded, ample tannins frame the fleshy fruit with a nicely crisp finish.
Pinot Noir.
