Guillaume Girard is the son, grandson and great-grandson of winegrowers. When he founded Domaine du Grand Chêne in 2019, he began farming organically with great respect for the land, nature, and his ancestors. Grown on schisty, well-drained soils, this Muscadet is stunningly fresh, with notes of lemon, lime, green apple, and pear, tinged with salt & zest.
