The Trimbach fmily has been producing outstanding wines in Alsace since 1624. The vines benefit from the unique Alsatian microclimate, where the Vosges Mountains protect the vines from heavy rains seen nearby. Soft and lush, their Pinot Noir shines with crushed wild strawberries, raspberry compote, and an herb-tinged minerality framed by soft tannins.
