46+ year-old Grenache & Syrah grows on limestone, granite, & clay soils northwest of Avignon. Destemmed & fermented, it ages without oak.
Dark & full of black cherry, black currant, & plum fruits lined with notes of graphite, earth, spice, pepper, & olive before a finish filled with lavender, cocoa, anise, warm stones, & dusty tannins.
60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. Sustainable.
