Ruben Parera was born into a family of farmers and converted the estate from organic to biodynamic in 2013. This is a glou-glou, chillable, claret-style red made from co-planted, co-fermented grapes. Aged 9 months in cement, it's bone dry, crisp, & refreshing with notes of cherry, raspberry, minerals & flint before a tart finish.
