Drawing on varieties from Italy, Spain, and France, this 80 year-old field blend is co-fermented then aged in concrete eggs to preserve fruit and freshness. Filled with red cherry, fresh herbs, and rosemary, the palate brings raspberry, plum, and strawberry. Kinda like Beaujolais meets the Rhone with Argentine sunshine.
