Stéphane Guion's parents started Domaine Guion in the 1950s, and transitioned to organic viticulture in 1965. After studying oenology, Stéphane began making wine in 1990. Hand harvested, natively fermented, and no added sulfites makes this one of the most transparent, terroir-driven rosés on the shelf. Vibrant and lush, with citrus, rose, and earth framed in salinity and acidity.
