Founded by 3 friends in 2005, Cume do Avia sits at the top of the Avia river valley. Dos Canotos is aged in 100+ year-old chestnut barrels, giving a unique transparency to the terroir. Etherial red berries with subtle bay leaf, oregano, & allspice. A little wild when first opened, so decant for best results.
