Dave & Lois Cho were introduced to the wine world while playing music at wineries in southern California. Eventually the couple moved to Oregon to become the state’s first Korean-American winery owners.
Their Willamette Valley Pinot Noir plays with elevation, blending grapes grown at 1000ft from Laurel Vineyard & the valley floor from Greiten Farms. Aged 15 months in 20% new French oak & 80% neutral barrels.
Ripe with sour cherries, red currants, smoke, mushrooms, sweet spice, & earth. Bright & juicy, the sweet tannins & fresh acidity lead to a flavorful, savory finish.
