Saint Seurin was the name of an old chapel that once sat where the vines now grow. Vines average 30 years & grow on clay-loam and gravel in Entre-Deux-Mers, just outside of Bordeaux.
Aged in barrels for 10-12 months, notes of blackberry, black plum, tobacco, graham cracker, spice, & vanilla are enrobed in a creamy richness, velvety smooth tannins, a juicy acidity, & elegant finish.
60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot.
