In 2005, Thomas, François, & Anne Mériller became the 5th generation to run the family farm in Bergerac. In the years since, they’ve replanted many of the vineyards & converted to organic farming.
Vines grow on southwest-facing hillsides on the classic clay-limestone mix at 200 meters elevation. Aged on the lees in steel for 3 months.
Fresh & clean, with a succulent middle texture thanks to the Semillon. Acacia flowers, candied lemon, green apple, & pear, with a nice minerality & balanced acidity.
60% Semillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Muscadelle.
