Just 40 kilometers southeast of the city of Bordeaux, Château la Rame has 9 hectares of vines on clay and limestone soils, rich in fossilized oysters. Fermented with native yeasts in steel, then aged on the lees 3-6 months. Bright and clean, with notes of limes, grapefruit, and green apples, with a roundness that's the hallmark of Brodeaux Blanc without the addition of Semillon.
