After 3-4 months of apassimento (drying), the grapes lose 30-40% of their weight. They're then pressed and aged in 20% small French oak and 80% large Slavonian oak for 12 months. After blending, it sees another 16-18 months in large Slovonian oak. Citrus, orange peel, fig cake, Earl Grey, violets, cherry, and leather.
75% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 5% Molinara.
