Dosage Zéro is all about precision, with no extra liqueur d’expédition added to the wine. Hand-selected grapes from 30+ year old vines are quickly chilled & gently crushed, then fermented in small oak casks. Barrel aged for 5 months, before the blend comes together, with 48 months on the lees.

65% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Nero, 13% Pinot Bianco. Organic.
