Founded in 1968, Ca’del Bosco is an icon in Franciacorta. Fascinated by a trip to Champagne, founder Maurizio Zanella wanted to make something similar in the hills of Lombardy. Today the region is known for some of the finest sparkling wines in the world.
Dosage Zéro is all about precision, with no extra liqueur d’expédition added to the wine. Hand-selected grapes from 30+ year old vines are quickly chilled & gently crushed, then fermented in small oak casks. Barrel aged for 5 months, before the blend comes together, with 48 months on the lees.
Stunningly bone-dry, the fine bubbles hold notes of white spring flowers, crushed stone, apple, peach, citrus, almond, and brioche toast. Elegantly structured & creamy, with a vibrantly mineral & savory finish.
65% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Nero, 13% Pinot Bianco. Organic.
