The Bucciarelli family has 23 hectares of land, 13 hectares of which are planted to vine in the Chianti Classico region. 60+ year old Sangioves vines grow on calcareous soils, are hand harvested, then aged 20-24 months in barrel. A complex bouquet of black & sour cherries, vanilla, spices, and minerals. Well-integrated tannins frame a vibrant freshness before the long, fruity finish.
