Big as the ocean and almost as fathomless, the X-Ray Bone Snapper is 95 percent rye, 5 percent malt and is aged 4 years before bottling at 110 proof. Not so much of an uppercut as its younger sibling but more of a precise blow to the solar plexis. Big caramel & butterscotch, still peppery but with distinct notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and dried fruit fleshing it out.
