Bernard Remy bought his first vines in Alemant, Côtes des Blancs, in 1968, and built the estate's cellar in 1983. Today, his son Rudy is at the helm of the estate. Technically not a grower Champagne, but the Remys work all the vineyards where they do purchase fruit. Lean, dry & charming, with notes of strawberry, raspberry & roses. Aged 2 years on the lees.
60% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier
