Stéphane Tissot grew up cleaning barrels on his parents’ estate, but since his first vintage in 1989 he has become a driving force behind the resurgence of Jura wines.
Grown on a blend of limestone & clay soils, with 75% aged in barrel for a year, plus another 4 years in bottle on the lees before disgorgement. zero dosage.
Smoky, bready aromas surround baked apples, lemon, pear, vanilla, hazelnuts & citrus. The bubbles hold a floral, chalky, saline minerality in this delightfully complex crémant.
