Estate grown vines date back to 1979. Crisp, fresh & dry, this is Müller-Thurgau at its best. Flavors of key lime, grapefruit, yellow apple & feijoa, with scents of honeysuckle, starfruit, white flowers & crushed gravel. Mostly steel with 4 months of lees aging for a softer texture.
