Amarás Espadin is made using 8 year old agave Espadin from the mountains of Oaxaca, and produced in the traditional way, using horse-drawn mills, open pine fermenters, & copper pot stills.
Lightly smoked notes of charred marshmallow, aloe vera, orange zest, bergamot, cherry blossom, sandalwood, & mango. Minerally slate & spicy cinnamon leads to a velvety salted finish.
